Tree Planting near Daneshill Landfill site

Proposal to provide an amenity for the parishes around the Daneshill Landfill site by planting trees along the road verges to create a “green corridor” for the benefit of the local community and a haven for wildlife. Trees of a native broadleaf variety such as oak, ash, beech, maple and lime. There are 200 in all, approximately 2.5 metres tall set in verges 2 to 4 metres in width with some planted in hedgerows.
