Trefoil Lodge, Exeter Girl Guides – Kitchen & Toilet

Due to growth of Girlguiding, our current headquarters does not meet the requirements of the movement of today. We believe that due to the closure of local youth facilities there is a need for Girlguiding Exeter to be able to provide a facility that is open to our members and the community.

There are 15 community groups/girlguding groups using the facility. There are a few community spaces to rent in the area and due to lack of space until after refurbishment we are unable to accommodate everyone. If we are unable to carry out the work the building would not be able to fit for purpose.
