Trent Vale Trail – Girton to Clifton – Green Lane Section

The Trent Vale Trail (TVT) is working towards connecting Newark with the Fledborough /
South Clifton Sustrans route. The long-term goal is for the TVT to link with existing Sustrans routes. To date Sustrans has created a link from Newark to Collingham, and the Friends of Trent Vale Trail (FoTVT) have constructed the link from Collingham to Girton. This project would improve the next link in the Trent Vale Trail; taking the route from Girton to Clifton along Green Lane. The new section would improve the quality of the 1,480m path and even out irregularities in width and gradient. It would also improve access for the less-able.
