Trinity Centre Roof Repair Project

A recent building condition survey identified serious deterioration in the lead roofing of the Trinity Centre, which lead to English Heritage placing the former church on its Buildings at Risk Register. We need to carry out urgent repair works to ensure this vital community hub survives.

The building is an important grade II* listed building which retians significant townscape value in the context of Old Market Conservation Area, defined as ‘as an area of special architectual or historic interest, the character and appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance’. We aim to carry out essential repair works to our roof and develop the community centre to ensure future sustainability.
