Troopers Hill – Access to Nature, Friends of Troopers Hill, Bristol

Friends of Troopers are aiming to improve access to Troopers Hill Local Nature Reserve, across
the adjacent recreation field that includes a play area. There is an existing track that is
designated for wheelchair users but it has never been properly surfaced and is uneven. The
project seeks to address this by having the path widened and surfaced. The field itself becomes
very wet and muddy in winter therefore the project also includes plans to build a new path on
the direct route from the play area to the nature reserve.
