Troup Head Community Coastal Access Project

This project will create greater public access to one of Scotland's most spectacular areas of coastline within the economically depressed area of N.E Aberdeenshire. The site is designated as a site of special scientific interest (SSSI) and a special protection area (SPA), supports 15,000 seabirds and is Scotland's only mainland gannetry. Currently however access is difficult. This project will install suitable access and interpretation allowing more people to enjoy this spectacular site whilst helping it achieve its full potential as a visitor destination
