Trowbridge Dementia Hub

Creation of a hub for information/advice, carers group, training, counselling etc all free at the point of delivery with the aim of providing Alzheimer’s Support with a range of flexible services while maintaining as much independance and control of their lives as possible. The Hub will also improve the townscape, regenerate an empty office and provide income for maintenance via training room hire.
