Tukes Avenue Play Area

The project is the redevelopment of an old play area located by a school in Woodcot, Gosport.
The play area will be redesigned so that environment, nature and landscape become the main focus. Some standard play equipment will be incorporated into the design fusing the natural with the manufactured to create a space with varying shapes and challenging forms.
The aim is to minimise the use of manufactured equipment whilst expanding the use of landscape and nature encouraging children to play within and appreciate the importance of the environment. The design will include boulders, logs, tunnels and mounds, that will challlenge and inspire.
