Turning Dead Space into Extra Numbers

The club wishes to utilise an unused room to expand capacity and take in more numbers, in addition to fitting new protective rubber matting throughout the club. It is no longer fit for purpose and poses a safety risk. The unused room we plan to expand into is currently locked and lack of funds is preventing us from taking in extra numbers, despite post-Olympics user demand. It is simply dead space and there is no other entry, therefore we cannot rent it out to a third party. The room is situated at the back of our current facility. It is losing money every month as it is not being utilised. We wish to fit flooring throughout and mirrors as well as add cardio vascular machinery and other fitness equipment in order to open our own fitness suite, which will make the gym more accessible throughout off peak times, mainly daytimes.
