Tutbury Charity House Renovation

To improve and extend the Grade 2 Listed Charity House so that it use by the 273 years old charity and other community groups may be continued and expanded. The project will refurbish what was an outer yard and so make a new room of about 10' x 20' for use by members of the public and local groups. The room and area to be restored will have full general public access and be bookable by the general public for their own use.
