Ty Mawr Meadows Restoration Project

Ty Mawr Convent in Monmouthshire is currently managed by Gwent Wildlife Trust (GWT). The project aims to restore the biodiversity of the grassland and hedgerows across the convent’s landholding. The work involves introducing suitable wildflower seed, installation of conservation grazing infrastructure and hedgerow management. Volunteers, contractors, GWT staff and members of the convent will be engaged with the work.
