Tyttenhanger Lakes Interpretation Project

Tyttenhanger Lakes form part of an area that has been extracted and filled (landfill) over a couple of decades. The site is accessible to the public at all times and is popular with local bird watching groups.

This project will involve partners and stakeholders in developing designs for two interpretation boards to encourage visitors to the site and enable them to get the most out of their visit.

The boards will include:
* site map
* distances/accessibility levels of walks
* location of features (historic, wildlife, habitat, special interest)
* history & development of the site
