Ufford Park Cricket Club - Enlarge Pavilion Changing Rooms

Enlarge home and visitor changing rooms within the footprint of existing pavilion. Specifically by removing stud partitions to utilise a currently unused area within the building and re-configuring the changing areas. Set out new size changing rooms and erect new studwork. Fix door linings and make good floor, walls and ceilings. Fill stud work with acoustic insulation and clad walls with ply to match existing. Make and fit benches around walls for seating. Hang doors and second fix woodwork. Decorate ceiling, walls and woodwork. The main project aims are to provide more spacious and comfortable changing facilities for players, which will hopefully put the Club in a better position to attract new members, therefore helping its sustainability. The Club has been providing sport and recreational activities for the local community since 1867.
