Ufford Park Cricket Club – Flatten Square

Flatten cricket square (containing pitches). Areas have become uneven and subject to movement over the years leading to inconsistent and unpredictable bounce which left unresolved could lead to player injury.
The specialised works include removing the existing surface, using laser to establish new level, relaying and leveling the square, reseeding and initial aftercare of the new surface (specialist mowing / surface treatment application) whilst it establishes before it is used next Spring.
The main project aims are to provide a better and a safer playing surface for players which will hopefully put the Club in a better position to attract new members, therefore helping its sustainability.
The Club has been providing sport and recreational activities for the local community since 1867.
