Update/improving of kitchen and access area

To upgrade and improve hygiene and appearance of kitchen worktops. To provide appropriate sink facilities. To improve weights room (area between north room, baby/disabled toilet and outside area) by making safer with new flooring and lighting, more comfortable with heating and new ceiling.
