Upgrade of Air Conditioning

This is a well established community Club and the air conditioning system is quite old and has suffered a number of failures over the past year. In addition some areas of the building require a new system. There also need to be some minor improvements to the pipe runs and insulation. The units will be put in the Concert Room, Snooker Room, The Main Bar and in The Lounge Bar.

These improvements will be for the benefit of the community using the Club’s facilities. The new system will also reduce running and maintenance costs.
