Upgrade Recreation Ground Floodlights, Lydney RFC, Glos

The aim of the project is to upgrade the recreational ground floodlights as the current floodlights are no longer fit for purpose. The timber posts are unsafe, the controls in the control box no longer work, parts are unable to be replaced, and the bulbs are halogen and those that are working are inefficient.
