Upgrade & Refurbishment of Community Centre Facilities Phase 2

To construct a new entrance/foyer/reception to allow more flexibility in the use of current space and enable simultaneous activities to take place throughout the building. It will also improve disabled access,enable us to "manage" visitors in a more secure environment whislt still complying with Health & Safety regulations, and have space for exhibitions and displays of benefit to the local community.
