Upgrading of Central Heating System and Kitchen Facilities

To improve the facilities at the Centre by installing and upgrading the central heating system using energy efficent boliers and environmentally friendly insullation materials to make it more economical; to open up the ceiling space in the main hall and restore to it’s original state; to restore and re-hang eight historical amorial sheilds all of which have some relation to the the history of the Centre; and to upgrade the inadequate kitchen facilities to a high quality catering standard.
