Upgrading of downstairs toilet to an Accessible Toilet, The Lace Guild, Stourbridge

This is a project to refurbish the existing downstairs toilet to become accessible to all users, including wheelchair users, so that visitors to the building will be able to extend their time to browse or study the collection and enjoy the extensive library facilities.
