Upper Heyford Village Hall Renovation Project

The aim is to renovate the Village Hall in 3 phases. Phase 1 : Fit out extension and upgrade present kitchen, Phase 2 : To provide and energy efficient and secure community building, Phase 3 : To refurbish current toilet facilities, flooring and internal decoration.
