Upper Level Window Repairs

We are looking to maintain the high quality of the Town Hall. the building is the hub of the town and a listed building, sited within a conservation area. The upper level oak sash windows are in need or repair, before they go completely rotten and require replacement. these repairs would allow the continued use of the town hall by the public.
