Upton Cross Village Hall

To replace the rapidly deteriorating village hall with a new building, internally to include, in addition to the main hall, a smaller meeting room, modern kitchen & toilets (including disabled persons’ toilet & baby change facility). Disabled persons’ access and sustainable environmental elements within the building will also be greatly improved.
