UPTON, St Peter & St Paul : Provision of gas central heating system and floor levelling to enable disabled access

To provide a more acceptable level of heating and provide a minimum maintained temperature which would help to preserve the fabric of the building. Within the present system of radiant electric heaters the walls and pillars are suffering from mould growth due to condensation developing with changes in temperature. Construct new walkway floor infill to raise the floor level to that of the existing pew plinths to provide disabled access to all areas of the Church.
