URBAN SOUL – MORE THAN A CAFE

The aim of the project is to eliminate the threat of flooding from the basement of our historic church building. This will be achieved by means of installing a sump and repaired tanking under the flooring. This work will be undertaken in tandem with a separate £250,000 project whereby the basement will be renovated, upgraded, returned to active use and made available for community purposes. We hope to secure an entertainments licence for the basement and being able to guarantee that the premises are not threatened by flooding will be a major advantage.
