Urmston Sports Club – Ball-stop Netting

The purchase and installation of cricket ball stop netting to the northern boundary of the cricket field fronting Moorside Road.
Cricket balls are increasingly hit over the boundary wall into Moorside Road and the houses beyond. This creates a health and safety risk for passing motorists and pedestrians and the homeowners beyond. Without the net the club may be legally precluded from playing on the field in the future
