Use of physical resource flow analysis with two different sectors (farms and universities) to develop tools and techniques that are transferable to other sectors for reducing waste going to landfill

To examine ways of creating practical techniques to encourage producing more from less by cutting out waste and inefficiencies. In partnership with a network of 10 farms and 10-19 universities, the project aims to to derive a model that is transferrable with other sectors.
