Ver Valley Access and Interpretation Project

The Ver Valley Walk is a 16 mile linear route for walkers extending from the River’s origins at Kensworth Lynch to Bricket Wood. This project aims to raise the profile of the Ver Valley and make it more accessible. It will extend the length of the walk to the source, a further 4 miles.

A network of about 30 miles of footpath will be improved, at key view points and through open spaces benches will be installed and three new foot bridges will be produced to improve accessibility. As part of the project outreach work will take place and guided walks will be ran by volunteers.
