Victoria Park Lido, Buckfastleigh - Filters and Pumps

This project is for the provision of new pumps and filter beds which will reduce energy costs. For the purchase and installation of a new energy efficient water pump, chemical dosing system, replacement sand filters & the addition of hydromax fluid to the boilers. This will reduce energy use for pumping the water & increase heat exchange. Energy costs have risen significantly in 3 years. If we cannot improve our energy efficiency we face closure of the pool & park, with likely permanent loss of the pool due to costs of reopening after structural closure.
