Victoria Park Play Area Improvement

To extend the fenced, dog-free area to provide more space for sitting on the grass within the park, and to install more interesting and challenging equipment that will serve a wider age range. We also wish to provide more seating, trees, planting and a natural hedge around the perimeter.
