To offer refreshments and changing facility for the general public on Stockton High Street To provide NVQ training opportunities in basic cookery skills, kitchen hygiene, customer service and money handling for young adults with physical and mental health disadvantages initially. It is planned to offer the opportunity for outside charities & general public also To establish a pop up shop as part of a young adults developmental cycle to plan/make products and sell in a 'live' environment.
