Replace eight single glazed windows for double glazed unit, replace access doors with PVC. Fit electric shutter to front door and rear windows. Tarmac outside rear of club house. Replace suspended ceiling tiles and redecorate club room. Replace halogen flood lighting with LED lamps fit LED lights in club x 6
