Walsingham Road Community Centre, Hove - Access Improvements (10023/D)

The project aims to refurbish the centre, including • Creating a “Changing Place”. • Developing a multi-sensory environment that will be fully accessible. • Developing a specially adapted training kitchen • Making the building more accessible - new doors and built in ramps and railings. • Developing a garden “sensory pod” which will act as a “quiet space” for individuals who need some space/time alone away from the busy areas of activity. • Updating the decoration throughout the entire building.
