Walton Sports Centre – A New Floor for the Community – 3

Veolia Environmental Trust previously awarded us funding to repair a leaking roof on the
sports centre, for which we are eternally grateful. Unfortunately, the persistent leaking
has now caused really considerable damage to the sports hall floor and we need to
repair it, as in its current state, it is too dangerous for us to allow users access. The nearest alternative sports centre, Everton Park, has recently been closed due to cuts to the Local Authority budget.
