Wansbeck and Cramlington Angling Club

The Wansbeck and Cramlington Angling Club is a coarse fishing club. Its main aim is to develop and encourage coarse fishing in the area, to improve and manage fisheries, and wherever possible to protect and encourage wildlife. It has a membership (currently 601 members) which is open and inclusive to anyone who is prepared to abide by the clubs rules, the club has 123 older members of which 14 members use wheelchairs or require motorised mobility scooters. Members can fish at any of its four water areas including Brenkley Pond, Queen Elizabeth II Country Park Lake, Milkhope and Horton Grange, however all the clubs waterways are on public land, and there is general public right of way.
