War Memorial Project

Refurbishment of area surrounding War Memorial.....currently a concreted area with tar fringe. Patched repeatedly over last 90+ years and now reached a situation where major works are required. Intent is to replace surface area, basically with granite setts and tar, and renew street furnishings and floodlighting system.
