Warley Woods Drinking Fountain Restoration, Warley Woods Community Trust

This is a project for the restoration of an Edwardian drinking fountain within the park at Warley Woods. The project includes the provision of landscaping surrounding the fountain. It is located in a prominent position adjacent to the newly installed children’s play area, and would be extremely popular with visitors to the park. To restore the fountain will require masonry repairs, the renewal of the granite dedication plaque, woodwork and roof tiling to create a gothic canopy. The landscaping around the fountain will include a paved and seating area and planting to create an attractive backdrop.
