Warneage Wood – Enhancing Community Woodland

This project aims to inspire the local community to maximise use of Warneage Wood by restoring a barn to create a community facility, improving interpretation and create welcoming entrances. We will also create and train a volunteer group to get more invovled with the wood by learning to coppice the hazel, for use in local allotments, and prune the orchard so everyone can enjoy the fruit.
