Warsah Tennis Club – New Clubhouse

Originally we planned to build a brick building for which design were being drawn up, however, price increases and additional requirements to obtain building approval, of which we were not originally aware, led to this costing approximately £120,000 alone. This we have decided is beyond our means and consequently we have investigated the provision of a modular or wooden building.
This project funding will be used exclusively towards providing the modular built clubhouse on site. This will include providing foundations, transporting and locating the modules and securing them in position, and connecting to mains services. The latter will also include relocating the floodlighting power supplies and controls from the existing portakabin.
