Warwick Road Lands

The improvement of a public open space adjacent to the River Avon in Stratford upon Avon. The site was used for landfilling until the 1960’s and, since then, has become a habitat and refuge for a variety of plant and animal life. It is already used for informal leisure and recreation and the proposal is to enhance this by establishing accessible walk and cycleways and provide interpretive signage whilst protecting the existing wildlife.
