Waste Minimisation in the Black Country

This project is a waste minimisation communications strategy for 2005 for the Black Country Recycling Consortium, incorporating Dudley MBC, Sandwell MBC, Walsall MBC and Wolverhampton CC. Main objectives are to increase public participation in waste minimisation issues and to influence the actions of individuals with regard to waste and its reduction using a targeting marketing and advertising programme, including public events and before/after public perception surveys
