Funding is sought to commission the production of a video made by young people between the ages of 12 and 15, focusing on our waste minimisation crisis in Belfast and informing other young people of the steps that need to be taken to reduce, re-use and recycle. The funding will also pay for the production and distribution of a DVD for every school, library and community centre in Belfast
