Water Voles Habitat Improvement

This project seeks to improve local Water Vole habitat on and near St Nicholas Fields by providing greater protection and enhancement of the existing Water Voles populations. This will be achieved by opening the site to light through coppicing and by planting aquatic and bank side vegetation most favoured by Water Voles.
