Waterwheel Restoration at Frogmore Mill, Apsley

The project at this working papermill and industrial heritage visitor attraction will:
Replace one of the two missing waterwheels to generate power to drive a pulping machine.
Restore an area of the mill that has fallen into disuse and disrepair
Rebuild sluice gates and repair the wheel -pit
Improve public access to the millrace and enable visitors to view the new waterwheel in action
Create and ‘energy zone’ which will provide interpretation and will be developed in the future to provide interactive displays.
