Watlington Parish Council path resurfacing

This stretch of the public right of way has poor drainage and becomes almost unusable after prolonged periods of rain. As a result, for two or three months each year, users of the path are required to find alternative routes which involve some degree of trespass and risk to safety (e.g. barbed wire fences, hedges, locked gates or cattle grid).
