WCC Future Sustainability Project

Warwick CC has had a challenging last couple of seasons. We currently only have 3 players in the 17-18 age group, due to a high drop-off rate at ages 15-16 (juniors lose interest, or discover other kinds of weekend activities). A key contributor to this target is installing nets which can be used by the juniors (current nets are old and unsafe for use by junior cricketers). The lack of nets is a contributor to the fall-off which we experience, and it prevents local schools coming to use our facilities. Also, it is compulsory for juniors to wear helmets when batting.
