The village hall will have its current leaking and un-insulated roof replaced with a new waterproof and insulated roof covering, plus additional insulation will be provided by a fully insulated suspended ceiling.The old very un-economic gas fired blown hot air heating will be replaced by modern, economic and environmentally friendly heating system reducing CO2 emissions.
