Welfare Facilities Modular Building

The project is to purchase and install a modular building to provide welfare facilities for The Suffolk Punch Trust’s employees (specifically, the horse stud’s grooms), volunteers, and members of the public (for special events).

The project aims to enable The Suffolk Punch Trust to meet it’s duties to its employees under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, Section 2 in relation to the provision of welfare facilities to a reasonable standard (previous welfare facilities did not satisfy the required standards).
