Wembley Narrow Gauge Coach of 1924, and purchase and restoration of ex-ncb simplex diesel railway locomotive

a) Restoration of an historic narrow gauge railway coach, known as the Wembley coach, built by the Gloucester carriage & wagon co ltd in 1924, and used as the wembley exhibition of this date.
b) The cost of the purchase and related expenses of an ex-ncb narrow gauge simplex diesel for hauling passenger trains and engineering trains on the NGR at Toddington.
