To remove the fixed pews which are on raised platforms, with passageways between the various seating sections, with old heating pipes surfacing and disappearing in various stretches of the floor space of the building. Remedial work is needed on a bay window and a secondary window that needs significant work to scarf in new treated timber. This work is vital because the rotted bases of the windows are allowing water ingress.
